Construction Document Review

  • Review documents for compliance with applicable environmental, accessibility, and energy standards
  • Review documents for compliance with applicable construction codes and investor requirements
  • Review approved shop drawings and other submittals on major systems

Cost Review

  • Review reasonableness of proposed changes to the construction documents (change orders and ASIs) and analysis of their effect on final project cost, completion schedule and ongoing maintenance
  • Review documents for completeness and accuracy to identify issues that can affect final cost and completion schedule through costly field changes or adjustments

Construction Progress Verification

  • Provide contractor payment application reviews for reasonableness of the payment request and percentage of completion
  • Collect and review all lender required construction close out documents
  • Provide Lender with Final Report

Due Diligence Investigations

  • Inspect existing building condition and verify existing systems and conditions are compatible with new use or reuse
  • Assess building envelope, site and pavement building code compliance, and compliance with federal environmental and accessibility laws
